Customer Service Administrator An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative to join a global market leader who specialise within chemical and ingredient distribution based in Belfast. This is a Full-Time, 9 Month Fixed-Term Contract (to cover Maternity Leave). Working hours: Monday to Friday. With a salary of £26,000 per annum. Job Role: You will be responsible for supporting the sales team across different industries, helping to make sure customer orders run smoothly from start to finish. Essential Criteria: Previous Customer Service experience Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload while handling multiple tasks at once Strong attention to detail and accuracy Main Duties and Responsibilities: Processing customer orders from start to finish, including entering orders, invoicing and following up where needed Supporting internal and external Account Managers across all product lines Keeping customers updated and handling day to day questions and clarifications Following up on open orders, payments, or any outstanding issues Working closely with Account Managers, Business Development Managers and the Logistics team to make sure everything runs smoothly Skills: Customer Service Administrator Belfast Contract
