Key Responsibilities: Assist Leadership: Support Head Chefs in managing a matchday dining operation with 13 outlets. Champion a culture focused on quality, team development, and health and safety. Health & Safety: Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety. Implement company processes for hygiene, recording, stock management, and wastage control. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and UK law. Operational Excellence: Oversee food production and operational delivery of all premium restaurants. Ensure consistent and exceptional product quality. Manage stock, including ordering, usage, wastage, and waste recording. Conduct regular checks on fridge/freezer temperatures, food probing, and hot holding. Guest Focus: Drive a guest-focused culture with an in-depth knowledge of hospitality standards. Foster effective communication between front and back of house teams. Compliance: Ensure food hygiene, COSHH, and due diligence systems are always complied with. Be aware of accident reporting, maintenance fault reporting, and fire policies. Qualifications: Experience in a similar environment. Positive and passionate focus on food and hospitality.
