About the Estate Agency
This Estate Agency is one of Cheltenham’s most respected and leading agents. Known for personalised service, amazing stock, lovely marketing, and outstanding client care.
They are looking for a Sales Negotiator, or a Senior Sales Negotiator, or an Assistant Manager or Sales Manager who wants to join their team to become, or is, a well-rounded Estate Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct viewings and showcase properties in a compelling way
* Negotiate offers and guide clients through the sales process
* Lead property valuations and market appraisals with clients
* Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers and industry partners
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience from introduction to completion
You Are:
* Minimum 3 years in an Estate Agency Sales role
* Car and driver's license
* Team player
* Someone who sees property as a career, not a job.
What We Offer
* £25,000 to £34,000 Basic (DOE)
* £40,000 to £55,000 OTE
* Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm
* 1 in 4 Saturdays with a half-day in lieu
* Mileage cover
* Parking
* Industry qualification support
