We are seeking a strategic Operations Manager to oversee the growth and development of our homeware lifestyle brand.
This role requires a highly organised, proactive and strategic individual who can ensure projects and teams are set up for success.
The ideal candidate will have 8 years experience in management, preferably in a Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) business or similar, with strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning and auditing.
* Guide the team by setting priorities and developing strategies to identify areas for improvement.
* Carry out detailed analyses of projects and report on issues and findings from both a commercial and financial perspective.
* Own the relationship with our third-party logistics provider.
* Optimise operational processes and implement improvement initiatives.
* Build financial forecasts and work alongside the junior buyer to ensure stock is bought to optimise holding and cash flow.
* Partner closely with the team to ensure we're minimising our carbon footprint.
* Assist with recruiting when necessary.

* Knowledge of Shopify, MintSoft and other tech systems integration.
* Experience with forecasting, stock and logistics management.
Benefits
This role offers a competitive annual contract of £50,000-£55,000, Chelsea office location with hybrid working arrangement (Tues, Wed, Thurs in-office and Mon, Fri remote).
