About the role:
Here at teaching personnel We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join a secondary school in the Smethwick area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated educator to inspire and support students in their academic journey.
Role Responsibilites:
* Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in Psychology to KS4 and KS5 students.
* Plan, prepare and assess lessons to ensure all learners make progress.
* Create a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
* Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community.
Role Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) in Secondary Education.
* Specialism in Psychology, with the ability to teach KS4 and KS5.
* Strong subject knowledge and passion for inspiring young learners.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* A valid enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
