Location: South Gloucestershire
Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (initial on-site expectation)
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor with 3‑5 years’ PQE to join a well‑established and highly regarded regional practice known for its strong client relationships and consistent growth across key departments. You will be joining a busy and growing Private Client team, handling a varied caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs, and tax and succession planning matters. The role offers a high level of autonomy while still benefiting from strong supervision and collaboration within the team.
The role will involve:
* Managing a varied private client caseload from instruction through to completion
* Advising clients on wills, probate, estate administration, and LPAs
* Handling more complex matters including inheritance tax and estate planning
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships with a sensitive and professional approach
* Supporting business development and contributing to the continued growth of the department
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be a qualified Solicitor with 3‑5 years’ PQE in Private Client
* Have strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, and estate administration
* Be confident managing your own caseload independently
* Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
* Be proactive and keen to develop within a supportive team environment
