Delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, providing evidence-based, familycentred public health services that meet the needs of children, young people, families, and local communities.
We are recruiting a School Nurse to lead delivery of the Healthy Child Programme within the School Nursing 519 Team. You will assess, plan, deliver, and review public health interventions across your school community. You will supervise and support staff and learners within the School Nurse team to maintain safe and consistent practice. The role also includes working with partner agencies to support effective interagency planning and service delivery.
What youll need to succeed
You must be a qualified School Nurse (SCPHN) with leadership skills.
You are expected to be proactive and committed to improving outcomes for children, families, and communities.
