Family Solicitor (Senior Associate)

Experience: 6+ PQE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Full Remuneration Package: £70,000-£80,000 DOE
A well-established and highly regarded regional firm is seeking a Senior Associate Family Solicitor to join its team in Poole.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a senior role within a respected Family department, handling high-quality work while playing a key part in the ongoing growth of the practice.
The Role
You will:
* Manage a full caseload of high-value matrimonial and financial remedy matters
* Handle complex divorce and financial cases
* Attend court hearings and undertake advocacy
* Support and mentor junior lawyers and support staff
* Play an active role in business development and networking
* Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Family team
This role offers a strong platform for progression, with clear scope to step into future leadership.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with 6+ PQE in Family Law
* Strong experience in high-value matrimonial and financial matters
* Confident in advocacy and court appearances
* Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members
* Commercially aware with an interest in business development
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy caseload
