This is a rewarding opportunity to support students with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. Many pupils have faced barriers to education and the school focuses on rebuilding confidence, improving engagement and supporting long-term success.

The Role
You will deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to secondary pupils, supporting both academic progress and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver tailored lessons
* Support students with SEMH and challenging behaviour
* Build positive relationships with pupils
* Use behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
* Implement EHCP targets and support plans
* Work closely with support staff
* Monitor pupil progress
