Yardman Operative - Skelmersdale
The purpose of the role is to manage the flow of site Tankers.
1. 4on4off pattern
2. Days 06:00 - 18:00
PLEASE NOTE, THESE ARE 12 HOURS SHIFTS WORKING SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS ALSO. Immediate starts!
Working outside in the yard, also in the elements.
Day pay rates:
3. Monday – Friday £12.50
4. Saturday £14.00
5. Sunday £16.00
Roles and Responsibilities:
6. Instructing Tanker traffic
7. Directing Tankers into designated bays.
8. General yard duties
Key skills and experience:
9. Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable
10. A positive thinking and self-motivated individual
11. An effective team member who works well on their own initiative
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
13. Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work
