The main focus will be developing new Supported Living services throughout the Northern and Midlands regions in England, so someone with contacts with commissioners and Housing providers is essential.
Responsibilities
* Develop Growth strategy
* Manage regional BDMs
* Provide business reviews to the board
* Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue and developing new services
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
