This is a rare opportunity for a skilled, experienced, and motivated Registered Manager to take full leadership of a growing domiciliary and supported living service based in Amersham — with the potential to become a partner in the business, subject to mutual agreement.

Supportive Directors who value your input🧩 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full operation of domiciliary and supported living services
Maintain full compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
Work directly with the Directors to shape the company’s growth strategy
Recruit, train, supervise and develop a high-performing care team
Complete risk assessments, care plans, and regular quality assurance visits
Manage client intake, assess needs, and ensure exceptional outcomes
Drive service development and new business acquisition
Conduct audits, handle incidents and complaints professionally
Build local community relationships and promote the service
Support the on-call rota and assist field staff when required✅ What You’ll Need:
Proven experience managing domiciliary or supported living services
Experience working with clients with mental health and learning disabilities
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
A strong understanding of CQC compliance and care legislation
Leadership skills with a passion for high-quality care
Excellent planning, organisational and interpersonal skills
Commercial awareness and ability to hit growth targets
Driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)📌 Additional Info:
You’ll work Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts, and some weekend availability
This is an in-person role with opportunities for flexibility and autonomy
