Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Manager located in Huddersfield. The Registered Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of support services for individuals with Autism, LD, mental health, and other complex conditions. Responsibilities include managing staff, developing care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining a high standard of care. The Registered Manager will also be responsible for budget management, staff training, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
Qualifications
* Experience in managing and supervising staff
* Ability to develop and implement individual care plans
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance and standards in health and social care
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Budget management and financial planning skills
* Commitment to promoting independence and well-being of individuals
* Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent)
* Previous experience in supporting individuals with Autism, LD, mental health, and other complex conditions is a plus
