As Deputy Care Manager, you will play a vital role, supporting the smooth, compliant, and high-quality running of the companys services. Working directly with the Registered Manager and wider team, you will help ensure that every client receives compassionate and consistent care and that every care professional feels valued, guided and supported.

Support care professionals through supervision, mentoring, and personal development planning. Carry out quality assurance visits, client reviews and health & safety assessments.
