Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Plymouth for a Customer Account Manager. In this role, you will manage customer accounts, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery. Additionally, you will be tasked with meeting sales and retention targets, collaborating with team members, and providing clear communication with customers regarding products and services. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and a customer‑focused mindset.
Qualifications
* Account management, relationship management, and customer service skills
* Sales capabilities, including meeting targets and identifying upsell opportunities
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
* Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer software
* Self‑motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
* Previous experience in energy, fuel distribution, or a related industry is a plus
