Personal Injury Solicitor – Birmingham
We’re working on behalf of our client to recruit an experienced Chartered Legal Executive or Solicitor to join its nationally recognised Insurance Disputes team based in Birmingham.
The Opportunity:

* Handle your own caseload of EL/PL claims, including complex Multi-Track matters
* Support on high-value catastrophic injury claims, often arising from industrial accidents
* Work with a varied client base including corporates, insurers and third-party administrators
* Get involved in business development, including client seminars and marketing events
\n
What We’re Looking For:
\n
* 5+ years' experience in defendant personal injury litigation
* Confident in managing a caseload independently and guiding junior team members
* Knowledge of insurer SLAs, reporting formats and management information
* Excellent drafting, communication and advocacy skills
* Experience with healthcare or construction-related injury claims is a plus
