The Works
As Bar Manager, you will be the driving force behind the Herringbone bar, combining technical knowledge with top‑tier service and genuine hospitality. From seasonal cocktails to perfectly poured pints, your attention to detail and leadership will help create a bar experience that keeps our guests coming back.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Leading and motivating your bar team
* Maintaining consistency in drink quality, speed and service
* Managing stock, back‑bar organisation and cleanliness
* Supporting hiring, onboarding and training of new team members
* Working alongside the FOH and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
* Ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards
* Contributing to a positive, laid‑back but professional team culture
