The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a Personal Injury Legal Executive to manage their own caseload of claimant matters from inception through to conclusion, with appropriate supervision where required. The work will include a varied mix of: Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims Accidents at Work Accidents in Public Places Serious Injury matters (depending on experience) You will be working as part of a supportive, specialist PI team that prides itself on delivering outstanding client care and results. Key Responsibilities Managing a caseload of claimant personal injury files Handling claims from initial instruction through to settlement or litigation Advising clients clearly and empathetically throughout the claims process Drafting correspondence, witness statements, and legal documentation Liaising with insurers, medical experts, counsel, and other third parties Maintaining high standards of compliance, client care, and file management About You Experienced Personal Injury Legal Executive or Fee Earner Strong background in claimant PI work (RTA, EL/PL essential) Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision Excellent client communication and organisational skills A genuine commitment to claimant work and access to justice The Firm A well-established, UK-wide personal injury practice with a strong reputation for: High-quality claimant work A client-first, compassionate approach Long-standing expertise in serious and complex injury claims You'll be joining a firm that values its people and supports long-term career development.
