About the Role
As Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in the kitchen, helping to deliver high-quality, freshly prepared dishes for takeaway and delivery. You’ll be working with a passionate team, ensuring consistency, speed, and taste across every order.
Key responsibilities:
* Preparing and cooking fresh dishes to a high standard
* Maintaining consistency in flavour, portioning, and presentation
* Operating efficiently during peak delivery times
* Supporting the Head Chef and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly
* Upholding cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
* Experience as a Sous Chef in a busy, high-volume kitchen
* Excellent food preparation and knife skills
* A passion for food and an eye for detail
* The ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient under pressure
* A flexible, modern approach to food trends and customer preferences
