Job Description
The Management Accountant's duties will include:
3. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for internal stakeholders.
4. Monitor budgets and provide variance analysis to support decision-making.
5. Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts and financial systems.
6. Collaborate with department heads to forecast and manage expenditures.
7. Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
8. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in accounting standards and practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should:
10. Have proven experience working in a relevant finance role.
11. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
12. Proficiency in accounting software and strong Excel skills.
13. Excellent communication skills to liaise with non-financial stakeholders.
