This key role bridges client service, sales coordination, and event logistics—playing a vital part in delivering flawless experiences, particularly across their high-end travel offerings. Key Responsibilities: Act as the central liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams Support the travel sales process: preparing bespoke proposals, booking forms, and itineraries Raise invoices, track milestone payments, and oversee credit control Maintain and update CRM with client profiles, preferences, and booking data Coordinate logistics for luxury travel bookings and experience delivery Monitor travel inventory, ticket allocations, and partner availability Prepare polished client decks, travel quotes, and sales collateral Liaise with global luxury partners to confirm rates, availability, and VIP access Provide administrative support across the travel and sales departments Now Let’s Talk About You: From a Tour Operator / Online Travel / Travel Agency / Luxury Travel background Exceptional organisation and multi-tasking abilities Articulate communicator, both written and verbal High attention to detail and service excellence Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a passion for luxury experiences What’s on Offer?
