Job title: Salaried GP at NHS Windrush Medical Practice, Witney, Oxfordshire. We are a well established, forward-thinking training practice with an emphasis on high quality family medicine. We are looking for an enthusiastic salaried GP to join our expanding team, ideally 4-8 sessions.

Job responsibilities
* Provide a full range of general medical services in accordance with the associated job plan and practice timetable.
* Support partners in delivering services outlined in the GMS contract and practice aims and objectives.
* Contribute to clinical governance, QOF, enhanced services, practice audits, referral reviews, and other improvement areas as determined by the practice.
* Utilise and develop skills to improve services for patients; maintain high standards of clinical records.
* Full involvement in practice training and ongoing requirements; attend and participate in Practice Meetings.
* Adhere to NHS appraisal and revalidation requirements; annual appraisal with the practice manager to review the job plan.
* Respect confidentiality in accordance with GMS Guidance on patient confidentiality.

Essential
* Qualified GP
* General Practitioner (Certificate of Completion of Training CCT)
* Full GMC Registration
* National Performers List registration
* Appropriate defence indemnity
* Eligibility to practice in the UK independently
Desirable
* MRCGP

* Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required. This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 safeguards.
* UK professional registration required.
