Anopportunityhasarisenforaproactiveanddetail-orientedMaterialsPlanner/MaterialsAnalysttojoinabusysupplychainandoperationsteam.Thesuccessfulcandidatewillberesponsibleforensuringthesmoothflowofmaterialsthroughaccurateplanning,forecasting,andstockmanagementtosupportproductionandoperationalefficiency.

Thisrolerequiresastronganalyticalmindset,excellentorganisationalskills,andtheabilitytoworkcollaborativelywithinternalteamsandexternalsuppliers.

KeyResponsibilities

* Planandmanagematerialrequirementstosupportproductionschedulesandoperationaldemand
* Monitorandmaintainoptimalstocklevels,ensuringmaterialsareavailablewhileminimisingexcessinventory
* Workcloselywithsupplierstoensuretimelydeliveryofmaterialsandresolvesupplyissues
* AnalysedatafromERPsystemstosupportplanningdecisionsandidentifytrends
* ProducereportsandprovideinsightsusingExcel(includingpivottablesanddataanalysis)
* Supportforecastinganddemandplanningactivities
* Raiseandmanagepurchaseorders,trackingsupplyagainstdemand
* Identifyandresolvesupplychaindiscrepanciesorshortages
* Collaboratewithproduction,procurement,andlogisticsteamstoensuresmoothoperations
* Contributetocontinuousimprovementinitiativeswithinthesupplychainfunction
