Responsibilities
* Internal prototyping, tuning, testing, and gaining a deep understanding of complete system‑level solutions
* Hands‑on building and testing of equipment
* Testing of firmware and validation of software
* Troubleshooting and identifying solutions for products already deployed in the field
* Developing proof of concepts based on customer requirements
* Interfacing with customers to understand product needs
Qualifications
* Experience in a commercial facing post sales application engineer role
* Hands‑on experience with electronic and firmware testing and fault finding
* Experience within touch technology would be advantageous; candidates from HMI, semiconductor, or wider electronics industries will also be considered
* A degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline (other qualifications considered with relevant skills)
* Strong understanding of electronic circuit analysis and testing
