What we're looking for:
We are looking for someone who has experience in maintenance, ideally in healthcare or senior living environments who:
7. Knows your way around basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks
8. Is a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
9. Is self-motivated and good at managing your own time
10. Is a great communicator and a team player
11. Can keep your work area clean and safe
12. Has basic IT skills
13. And you're willing to learn whatever you need to do the job right

Role and responsibilities
14. Swiftly and efficiently handle any general maintenance work and record-keeping within the care home
15. Guarantee all Compliance and Mandatory checks are completed and recorded within the designated timeframe
16. Prioritise a safe environment for all our residents and colleagues
17. Maintain all equipment utilised by employees and residents to the highest standard, ensuring it's always ready for use
18. Keep garden areas, driveways, and paths tidy and welcoming at all times
19. Follow all purchasing routines as outlined by Meallmore Ltd. We're here to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely for you.
