The team provides safe, stable and nurturing homes for looked:after children and young people, with a focus on small low:occupancy services to personalise wellbeing and healthy lifestyle support as much as possible.
Depending on your experience, you could join the team as a:
* Residential Support Worker
* Senior Residential Support Worker

This is a permanent, full:time Residential Support Worker position.
Person specification :
* ( Essential ) Able to be flexible with shift pattern (mornings, afternoons, sleep:ins, weekends)
* ( Essential ) Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
* ( Desirable ) Previous experience of working within a childrens home
* ( Desirable ) A relevant qualification, such as NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care / Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare / equivalent
