Residential Conveyancing Legal Executive / Solicitor, Belfast, £NegOverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced residential conveyancer or solicitor to join a busy part exchange team within a leading residential development unit. The role is permanent and will suit someone with a minimum of three years residential conveyancing experience (five years preferred) who is confident managing their own caseload from instruction to completion.You will handle a range of transactions including unregistered properties bought and sold by way of part exchange.
