As Client Manager, you will report directly to Emma Lawrence, Co-CEO, and will:
* Attentively manage a varied portfolio of clients, with an emphasis on building and managing valued relationships
* Oversee and review the quality and consistency of output across your pod.
* Coach and nurture your team, instilling leadership capabilities, and a sense of pride in their work
* Enthusiastically drive innovation and change across the organisation, while supporting initiatives for continuous improvement.
