Are you passionate about the power of outdoor education to inspire, engage, and transform lives? Pembrokeshire Learning Centre is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Outdoor Learning Co-ordinator to develop and lead dynamic, curriculum-based outdoor learning experiences for individuals and groups of learners.
About the Role
As the Outdoor Learning Co-ordinator, you will:
* Design, lead, and evaluate engaging on-site and off-site programmes tailored to identified learners.
* Deliver a broad range of activities aligned with the Curriculum for Wales, ensuring accessibility and relevance.
* Identify and promote accredited qualification routes through outdoor learning experiences.
* Foster inclusive and inspiring learning environments that support personal growth, well-being, and academic progress.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in delivering outdoor or experiential learning programmes, especially in educational or youth settings.
* Knowledge of the Curriculum for Wales and its application to non-traditional learning environments.
* Ability to work collaboratively with staff, external partners, and families to support learner engagement and outcomes.
* Relevant qualifications in outdoor education, youth work, or a related field.
* A proactive, adaptable, and learner-focused approach.
