This role plays a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting the wider Schools Choice and Vertas teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver engaging, compliant and up-to-date safeguarding training coursesTailor training to meet the specific needs of individual delegates and settingsStay informed on legislative, policy and practice developments in safeguardingUse IT solutions to enhance the training experience and accessibilityDeliver bespoke training packages based on customer requirementsMonitor and evaluate training delivery and outcomesIdentify opportunities for income generation through training servicesProvide advice and signpost customers to relevant safeguarding resourcesBuild and maintain strong relationships with schools, safeguarding partnerships and other stakeholdersSupport the wider team in improving service delivery and developing new productsWhat Were Looking ForStrong understanding of safeguarding requirements in educationExperience delivering high quality training to both large and small groupsConfident in engaging audiences through both face-to-face and remote deliveryAbility to manage and coordinate projects to agreed deadlinesSkilled in building professional relationships with a range of stakeholdersAble to work independently and collaboratively within a teamHigh level of digital literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office toolsAble to manage sensitive and emotive issues with discretion and confidentialityMust be able to drive and have access to a vehicle for travel to training locationsDesirable: Experience managing budgets, relevant training qualifications, CIPD in learning and development or equivalent.Does this sound like a role of interest to you?
