Salary: £33,500 - 40,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Maths Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking team at a reputable further education college in Northampton. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in GCSE Mathematics, encouraging student achievement and academic progression.
Who are we looking for?
Ideally a Qualified Maths Teacher
Holds a recognised Level 5 teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed)
Proven experience teaching Maths up to GCSE level
Strong classroom management and communication skills We would also consider an Aspiring Maths Teacher
Possesses a minimum of Level 3 Maths qualification (e.g., A Level)
Recent exposure to the GCSE Maths syllabus
Willingness to work towards a recognised teaching qualification (funded by the college)
