Role: Senior Talent Partner 360
Location: 22 Bishopsgates, Liverpool Street, with 2 days home office!

Your Mission
As a Talent Partner (360), you will create exceptional experiences for our community, acting as the face of Elemed to candidates and clients. Your goal is to win business, build relationships, network, manage client relationships, and recruit within your market.

Responsibilities - Company Facing
* Develop long-term relationships with clients by understanding their structure, culture, and hiring needs
* Offer tailored talent management solutions, pitch, negotiate, and develop proposals
* Build strong commercial relationships and collaborate with marketing and delivery teams
* Achieve personal KPIs and sales targets
* Train new team members and lead by example
Responsibilities - Candidate Facing
* Manage existing relationships with our talent community
* Conduct search campaigns, headhunting, and market mapping
* Monitor market movements and reach out to potential candidates
* Manage candidate communication from initial contact to offer and start date
* Provide interview coaching and career advice, promoting Elemed solutions
* Convert cold candidates into warm leads
* Use our CRM to record and manage all interactions
* Uphold company values and drive leads through CV profiling and interviews
* Handle CV prep and administrative tasks
Success Metrics
* Number of placements
* Business development and account growth
* Revenue against targets
* Candidate and client feedback (NPS)
* Leads generated
* Efficiency and minimal admin
* Impact on business growth and career progression opportunities

What We're Looking For
This role suits someone who enjoys a full 360 recruitment cycle, relationship building, and problem-solving. You should be an excellent communicator, experienced in technical recruitment, ideally with international or European markets, and have a proven track record of overachievement. Fluency in a second language is a plus.
