Their portfolio includes highways, drainage, earthworks, utilities, and public realm schemes. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a proactive and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Warrington. Key Responsibilities: Manage all commercial aspects of assigned civil engineering projects from inception to completion. Prepare and submit interim valuations, final accounts, and cost reports. Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow. Assess and value subcontractor applications and variations. Identify, value, and negotiate change management and compensation events. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures. Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Support procurement and tendering processes.Requirements: Essential: Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role within civil engineering. Strong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT forms of contract. Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.Desirable: Membership of RICS or working towards chartership.
