Description
* Provide technical support for the iTrent HR and payroll system, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
* Develop custom solutions within the iTrent application to meet organisational needs.
* Collaborate with teams across the organisation to gather and analyse system requirements.
* Perform system upgrades, updates, and patches to maintain optimal performance.
* Ensure data integrity and security within the iTrent application.
* Document technical processes and create user guides for internal teams.
* Identify and troubleshoot system issues, implementing effective resolutions.
* Work closely with vendors and external partners to enhance system functionality.
Profile
Must haves:
* iTrent experience
* Troubleshooting
* Back End coding in iTrent
* Debug and fix problems in iTrent
Nice to haves:
* Public Sector or Charity experience
