Role
Site Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and managing a cleaning team across multiple client sites.
Contract
Contract: Fixed Term Contract | Type of Employment: Full Time | Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Rate of pay: £14.60 per hour | Location: Herts HPFT NHS, Little Plumstead Hospital, Hospital Road, Norwich, Norfolk, England, NR13 5EW
Responsibilities
* Manage a cleaning team, including recruitment, training, and development
* Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard
* Ensure staff follow task schedules and Health & Safety procedures
* Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels
* Handle issues professionally and escalate to line manager when needed

* Previous supervisory and cleaning experience
* Strong communication skills and professional attitude
* Ability to work independently and to a schedule
* Reliable, hardworking, and committed to service excellence
* Willingness to support continuous improvement in service delivery
