Administrator
The role will be a general admin. Based in Leigh brand new office facilities. New and rapidly expanding business.
Responsibilities as an Administrator include:
* Invoicing
* Chasing invoices
* Creating Job folders
* Amending the master job sheet
* Sending out quotes
* Sending and sorting quote acceptance forms
Advantages for the Administrator, but not required
* Managing social media accounts
* Resourcing experience
* Job management experience (helping the directors meeting strict timescales)
The role will be £14 PH and Part time,
3 half days a week 12-15 hours- hours can be flexible around school starting times.
Ideal days in work would be Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
