Futures Recruitment are looking to appoint a highly organised and commercially aware Internal Sales Coordinator to support our clients sales function by managing inbound enquiries and producing accurate, timely quotations. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry through to conversion, while supporting the wider sales team in driving revenue. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for all inbound sales enquiries (phone, email, web) Qualify incoming leads and allocate or respond accordingly Prepare and issue accurate quotations in line with client requirements and pricing structures Follow up on quotations to maximise conversion rates Maintain and update CRM systems with all customer interactions and pipeline activity Liaise with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to ensure smooth order processing Support Account Managers and Business Development teams with administrative sales tasks Monitor enquiry and quote turnaround times, ensuring SLAs are consistently met Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell where appropriate Key Skills & Experience Previous experience in a sales support, internal sales, or customer service role Strong attention to detail, particularly when preparing quotations Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise effectively Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to converting opportunities Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred Strong organisational and time management skills Personal Attributes Customer-focused with a professional and approachable manner Highly organised and process-driven Able to work both independently and as part of a team Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Click apply now for more information
