What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups, especially those with additional learning needs
* Helping teachers deliver lessons that engage and include every learner
* Encouraging pupils to develop confidence, independence, and social skills
* Creating a calm, nurturing environment that helps every child feel safe and valued
* Contributing to classroom organisation and supporting learning activities
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need prior classroom experience—we’re looking for personality, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
If you’re:
* Patient, understanding, and great at building rapport with children
* Calm under pressure and confident supporting behaviour positively
