Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well‑established, growing marketing agency who are looking for a senior Marketing Account Manager to join their social, vibrant Birmingham team!
Duties and responsibilities
* Creation of integrated, adaptable marketing strategies that focus on understanding clients goals and how to achieve them efficiently.
* Presenting different strategies with market research and previous results to support them, to prospective clients.
* Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with clients in which you feel comfortable positively challenging them and upselling further services.
* Regular campaign reporting working with the rest of the team to provide detailed analytics and further optimisation of existing projects.
* Managing marketing budgets effectively and efficiently to get the most out of each strategy/project.
Ideal candidate
* +5 years within a marketing agency background (essential).
* Experience managing a portfolio of clients end‑to‑end (essential), ideally SMEs.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* A proven track record of helping to run successful B2B marketing strategies & campaigns across a wide range of sectors. HubSpot experience desirable.
* Ambitious, driven, and wants to work collaboratively.
