Job Description
1.Oversee the daily operations of the large-item warehouse, ensuring efficient workflows and consistently improving warehouse service quality.
2.Develop and implement warehouse management strategies, optimize warehouse layout and logistics processes, and enhance space utilization and inventory turnover efficiency.
3.Lead and manage the warehouse team, including training, performance management, and capability development, to improve overall operational efficiency and service levels.
4.Monitor warehouse safety and quality management, ensuring all operations comply with safety standards, minimizing product loss, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
5.Analyze warehouse operational data, prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of warehouse processes.
Job Requirement
1.A bachelor's degree or above.
2.At least 5 years of warehouse experience.
3.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
4.Experience with WMS tools.
