We're hiring ambitious, sales-driven Account Executives to accelerate new business growth and help us scale across global markets.
The Role
As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle—prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close—positioning our SaaS platform as a strategic solution to reduce human cyber risk.
You'll work in a high-performance environment with strong SDR support, modern sales tools (including Salesforce), and clear progression pathways.
This is a role for someone target-driven, commercially sharp, and motivated by impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business through outbound prospecting and inbound conversion
* Run consultative discovery calls and tailored online product demonstrations
* Engage senior decision-makers across IT, Security, HR, and Compliance
* Manage pipeline and forecasting accurately in Salesforce CRM
* Exceed revenue targets and activity KPIs
* Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to maximise deal success
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years' experience in a target-based sales role
* SaaS sales experience (cybersecurity/compliance desirable)
* Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
* Strong consultative and "hunter" mindset
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Organised, resilient, self-motivated
* IT literate (Microsoft Office essential)
* Multi-lingual skills a bonus
