Senior Business Analyst M&A Change & Transformation Salary: £70,000 per annum | Duration: 12-Month FTC | Location: UK-Wide (Hybrid: Multiple Sites) Our UK-leading B2B telecommunications client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support integration activity following recent acquisitions, with a strong focus on people, process, and organisational change. Key Responsibilities: Analyse current-state processes across acquired and existing teams, identifying gaps and change impacts. Document workflows, dependencies, and stakeholder touchpoints across the integrated organisation. Define future-state (To-Be) processes aligned to post-M&A goals and operational structures. Support integration roadmaps, transition plans, TOM activity, and key milestones. Facilitate workshops to shape requirements and ensure people and process change is clearly defined and understood. Track progress, risks, and dependencies across M&A workstreams. Essential Skills & Experience: Experience as a Business Analyst on M&A or large-scale integration programmes. Strong background in people and process change, organisational alignment, and operating model transitions. Expertise in process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management. Understanding of systems integration, data flows, and cross-business dependencies. Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
