Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor
My client is currently recruiting for a mechanical maintenance supervisor based in West London. You will need a Level 3 mechanical/plumbing/HVAC qualification with a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Key responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage a team of 3 engineers, setting up their daily tasks and priorities.
* Ensure mechanical preventive maintenance plans (PPM) are completed on schedule and KPI targets are met.
* Coordinate and manage the work of subcontractors, ensuring all work is carried out correctly.
* Assist engineers with technical issues and provide guidance where required.
* Collaborate with the client and senior managers on project requirements and performance.
Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Rate: £30.00 per hour, with overtime, company benefits and more.
