About Our Nursery
Our Gateshead QE nursery has an Ofsted rating of Good, and a capacity of 108. We have a dedicated team that places children at the centre of everything we do. Bus service linking to the city centre Newcastle and close links to the A1 and Durham, just a 2-minute walk from the nearest stop, a 5-minute walk from the Low Fell town centre, and located on a main road with great transport links. What To Expect As a Relief Early Years Educator
* Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
* Take on the role of Key Person, fostering strong partnerships with children and their families
* Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments
Ideal Candidate
* Level 3 qualification in early years education
* Experience working with children under 5
* Empathy and understanding - each child is unique
* Strong communication and organisational skills
