We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
* Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
* Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
* Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed.
* Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
* Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision.
* Participate in the assembly or disassembly of components as required.
* Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a labour-intensive role is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
* Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations is advantageous.
* Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
* A valid driver's licence is a plus but not mandatory.
