What You’ll Do: * Lead with Authority: Oversee a high-performing team of auditors and certification professionals, ensuring the highest performance and compliance. * Strategic Influence: Collaborate closely with the Managing Director, Group Sales Manager and Board to shape and execute business strategies that propel growth. * Maintain Excellence: Uphold our accreditation status by ensuring adherence to ISO 17021, ISO 17065, and other relevant standards. * Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and implement effective solutions. * Engage Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and accreditation bodies. What We’re Looking For: * Proven Expertise: Extensive experience in certification, compliance, or related fields, with a deep understanding of ISO standards. * Vision: Ability to think critically and make informed, commercially aware decisions that align with organisational goals. * Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction, engineering, and/or manufacturing sectors. * Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a track record of leading teams. * UKAS Experience: Knowledge of UKAS systems and procedures.
