Position Overview
At Thrive, IT is our core business, with ServiceNow at the heart of our digital platform and strategy. We utilize ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM to provide top-tier management of a CMDB across numerous companies. We enable digital transformation through our customer portal and automation of processes from the workplace to the cloud. Our roadmap includes enhancements like the Now Experience, mobile and chat capabilities, AI features, and ongoing efforts to digitize repetitive work using code, flows, configurations, and integrations. Every ServiceNow team member has the opportunity to solve complex business, IT, and human challenges leveraging ServiceNow’s extensive technical capabilities.
Qualifications
1. 0-2+ years of ServiceNow experience, with a preference for:
o ITSM
o CSM
o Domain Separation
o ITOM
o ITBM
o CMDB
2. 0-2 years as a ServiceNow Administrator or experience with similar tools such as ConnectWise, Autotask, etc.
3. Basic understanding of form updates, UI policies, business rules, ACLs, catalog items, etc.
4. Experience coordinating tasks and managing projects.
5. Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and execute them, acting as a liaison with developers when needed.
6. Strong problem-solving skills.
7. ITIL experience is a plus.
8. Certified ServiceNow Administrator is a plus.
9. Respectful and clear communication skills are essential.
10. A sense of self, capabilities, limitations, humor, and humility.
11. An effective and relevant education that informs your decisions and opinions.
