We have an exciting role on offer within our ACT team as a Temporary Accommodation Broker Co-ordinator.

To be successful in this role you need good standard of education to GCSE (A-C English and Maths) or equivalent relevant qualification.
You will have a responsibility for:
Work in close partnership with the Housing Solutions team to arrange Emergency, Interim and Temporary Accommodation Placements for households facing homelessness.
Carry out all associated administration of the placements.
Liaise with accommodation providers to ensure up to date essential documentation is provided and logged.
Work as part of a multiple disciplinary team to track all placements to help ensure timely move on.
Record information accurately to ensure reporting data is correct for service managers and finance colleagues.
Effectively communicate with colleagues and other local authorities around placement in and out of the area.
