Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, pricing, and order status.
Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.
Order Processing:
Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with production teams to schedule and track order progress.
Keep customers updated on order status, delivery timelines, and any changes.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Generate and update customer profiles, order histories, invoices, and quotes.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a strong understanding of printing services, materials, and customisation options.
Support customers in selecting products and services that best meet their needs.
Problem Resolution:
Proactively identify and address issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to find timely and effective solutions.
Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues across departments.
Provide feedback to management on customer trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
Supervision & Support:
Support cross-functional operations, ensuring effective collaboration and teamwork.
Promote high standards of hygiene and safety, adhering to all Health & Safety and environmental guidelines.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) as part of continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a manufacturing or printing environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service/order management software.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
