Main Purpose:
This role involves planning and coordinating transport operations efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing delivery schedules, liaising with drivers, and serving as the first point of contact for customer transport inquiries. Building strong relationships and ensuring the VR collection service meets supplier expectations are key aspects of this hybrid role.
Required Knowledge:
* Experience in transport planning, logistics, or similar roles.
* Strong customer service skills, especially in fast-paced environments.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Interpersonal skills and confidence in outbound calling and objection handling.
* Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
